About Us

Monterey teams with general practice, specialists, and allied health practitioners nationwide to provide local coverage for examinees. We deliver a wide range of medical examination-only services to public sectors and the individuals they serve. Our clients include the Department of Veteran Affairs (VA), the Department of Labor, the Department of Defense, and more.

Our provider network consists of over 700 providers in various medical specialties and degree types. They conduct diagnostic-only examination services on an as-needed basis. These services may take place in their private office, established clinics located across the country, or during travel opportunities for group screening events.

Medical Services

Monterey delivers innovative medical staffing solutions for federal, state, and local government agencies, positioning us as a small business leader in government-outsourced exams. Since 2016 we have supported the mission of the Department of VA to help veterans get easier access to their much-needed VA examinations across the country.

Leveraging our nationwide network of medical practitioners, we also perform pre-employment exams, annual physicals, and pre/post-deployment exams for the FBI, Secret Service, and the Department of Defense. Our providers have conducted over 330K exams across multiple specialties through our Veteran Disability Examination, Reserve Health Readiness Program (RHRP), and Temporary Staffing programs.

Our focus on building strong relationships and solving problems leads to successful outcomes for everyone. We would love to have a conversation about your medical service needs.
