Monterey Consultants is seeking dedicated Social Workers to join our network. As an integral part of our team, the Social Worker interfaces with Primary Care and provides consultation services to medical center and Community-Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC) staff on a wide variety of patient care issues, particularly related to identifying mental health concerns and social determinant needs of Veterans from all eras of service. The Social Worker provides ethical individual, group and family mental health services to eligible combat and non-combat Veterans experiencing mental health symptoms.
