Monterey Consultants is seeking dedicated Diagnostic Radiologic Technicians to join our network in Fort Wayne, IN. As an integral part of our team, the Diagnostic Radiologic Technician performs technical work in support of diagnostic radiology, under the direction of a Supervisor of Radiology. The Diagnostic Radiologic Technician is responsible for the quality and quantity of radiographic exams performed to assure a high level of acceptability of radiographs while minimizing patient dosage, practicing safety and reducing costs.

Completion of a full-time training course of at least 24 months in duration (or the equivalent) in a post-high school diagnostic radiologic technology program, evidenced by a certificate or an associate degree, accredited by the Joint Review Committee on Education in Radiologic Technology (JRCERT) or from other accrediting agencies as recognized by the Department of Education (DOE). Must have American Registry of Radiologic Technology ARRT (R) certification in Advanced Radiology. · At least 1 year of experience equivalent to the next lower grade level that demonstrates the clinical competencies of that level. · Able to pass a drug screen and background check. · United States Citizenship: Non-citizens may only be appointed when it is not possible to recruit qualified citizens in accordance with VA Policy.
