Julie joined Monterey in 2013. She is a seasoned Office Manager who doesn’t mind wearing multiple hats. She is experienced in handling a wide range of administrative duties and executive support-related tasks. She does enjoy supporting an office of diverse contracts, work, and people. Julie was born and raised in Dayton. She enjoys Ohio State and Cincinnati Bengals football. She is active in charitable events for her community and within her church. She enjoys book-club, swimming, travel, and spending time with family and friends.

Monica joined Monterey in 2022 as a Marketing Specialist. She is responsible for all marketing aspects of the business including managing all social media platforms, developing creative and engaging social media content and campaigns, and website maintenance and design through WordPress. She earned her Bachelor of Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from the University of the Incarnate Word in 2017. Monica enjoys reading, long distance running, cooking, spending time with family and friends, and being a dog-mom to her French Bulldog, Hazel. 

Caty joined Monterey in 2024 as the Human Resources Director. She is responsible for all human resources aspects of the business including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, and compliance. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Leadership with a minor in Business Administration from the University of Cincinnati in 2021 (Go Bearcats!). Caty enjoys cooking with friends, country music, fitness classes, trying local coffee shops, and hiking/traveling with her lab/pointer mix, Harlee.

George Koury joined Monterey in 2023 as the Director of Business Development. He brings more than 24 years of experience from the U.S. Air Force Academy, where he served in a variety of leadership and operational roles. George offers a strong blend of strategic insight and program management expertise, supporting Monterey’s continued growth and mission-driven work.
He holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering Mechanics from the U.S. Air Force Academy and an MBA from Saint Mary’s University. Outside of work, George enjoys spending time with his three children and pursuing his passion for sports, especially golf.

Chris Lewandowski has over 25 years of IT experience with the DoD, academia, legal, and banking industries. He has held various technical roles involving IT Program/Project Management, Acquisition Strategy and Support, Systems and Server Administration and Development, IT Development, IT Field Support, and IT Management. Chris assists with the formulation of policies, procedures, and strategic planning for Monterey. As an NRA-certified RSO, Chris enjoys spending time on the firing range testing new firearms and assisting fellow recreational shooters. He loves technology and is always playing with new hardware and software. Additionally, Chris loves to cook and spends the summer months outside using one of his several smokers and grills.
