Minimum Qualifications and Experience:

Monterey brings significant experience performing comprehensive management consulting in support of highly visible Government programs. Monterey currently has several contracts with the Department of Veterans Affairs, the United States Air Force, and the United States Department of Agriculture. We provide acquisition and contract administration support, Lean Six Sigma, market research, strategic sourcing, category management, specialized data analysis, program management, financial/budgetary analysis support, operations/management support, and technical assistance.
Expert with extensive knowledge and experience that prepares and conducts business analyses and studies, needs assessments, requirements analysis/definition and cost/benefit analyses in an effort to align business systems, solutions and initiatives. Prepares forecasts and analyzes trends, reports, spreadsheets, reporting regulations and business conditions. Develops and analyzes metrics, performance measurements, requirements, reports and recommendations related to management, organizational structure, policy/procedures and business systems. Identifies potential business risks. Areas of focus include but are not limited to business performance, business and economic case analysis, internal control and enterprise risk assessment. Analysis performed will support projects in Supplier Management, Strategic Sourcing, Total Cost Management, and Demand Management Strategies.
The Business Analysts is responsible for the functions below, in addition to other duties as assigned:
- Ability to develop, thorough market/business intelligence, research industry benchmarks, perform gap analysis and establish executable courses of action in support of demand management strategies, total cost management, strategic sourcing, application of best practices and supplier management strategies.
- Extensive knowledge and experience preparing and conducting business analyses and studies, needs assessments, requirements analysis/definition, gap analyses and cost/benefit analyses.
- Ability to develop analyze and track metrics, performance measurements, and requirements.
